Deposits and Withdrawals
Funds deposited via bKash are usually added to your bbd89 account instantly. Occasionally, a network delay may cause it to take a few minutes. If your balance has not appeared within 15 minutes, contact support and keep your bKash transaction ID handy.
The minimum deposit amount at bbd89 is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits apply equally to all methods — bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
Yes, transactions via Nagad are completely safe. bbd89 uses SSL encryption, so your financial information stays protected. Nagad payments are processed almost as instantly as bKash. Send only to the correct bbd89 payment number — transfers sent to the wrong number cannot be recovered.
After a withdrawal request is approved, funds generally reach your bKash, Nagad or other account within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Bank transfers may take a little longer depending on the bank's own processing time.
bbd89 does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees of its own. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply their own mobile banking charges — this depends on that service provider's policy. Bank transfers may carry charges set by the bank.
Yes, both Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) and Upay are supported payment methods at bbd89. Bank transfers from BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and others are also accepted. You can start playing with a minimum deposit of ৳300 using any of these methods.
Games and Rules
To bet on BPL (Bangladesh Premier League) matches, log in to your bbd89 account and go to the Cricket section. Select a match and place your bet on markets such as match winner, total runs, top batsman and more. Set your stake and confirm. In live betting, odds change while the match is in progress.
In slot games, the outcome of every spin is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so results are completely fair and not predictable in advance. RTP (Return to Player) is an average indicator of how much you can expect back over the long term. Games from top providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft and JILI are available at bbd89.
Yes, in the bbd89 Live Casino section you can play Roulette, Baccarat, Blackjack, Sic Bo and other games with real trained dealers via real-time video streaming. World-class providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi operate these live games.
Yes, bbd89 is fully mobile-friendly. The site can be accessed from the browser of any Android or iOS smartphone or tablet. There is no need to download a separate app — slots, live casino and sports betting are all available directly in the web browser.
Aviator is a crash game developed by Spribe. A plane's graph flies upward and a multiplier keeps increasing — you need to cash out before the plane crashes. The longer you wait to cash out, the bigger the win, but if you do not cash out before the crash, you lose everything. It is a fast-paced, strategy-based game.
Yes, bbd89 offers betting options on major international cricket events including IPL, T20 World Cup and ICC tournaments. Both pre-match and live betting are available. Additional market options may be available for Bangladesh Tigers matches.
Bonuses and Promotions
New members receive a 200% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. This means depositing ৳2,500 lets you start playing with a total of ৳7,500 including the bonus. A 25x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
A wagering requirement means you must use the total bonus amount as bets a specified number of times. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a 25x requirement means you need to place ৳25,000 worth of bets before you can withdraw winnings from that bonus. See bbd89's terms and conditions for full details.
The bbd89 VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can move up by playing and depositing regularly. The Bronze tier offers 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver offers 0.8%, and Gold offers up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
The eligibility of a bonus depends on the terms of the specific promotion. Some bonuses apply only to slots or only to sports betting, while others can be used for both. Read the terms and conditions of the relevant promotion carefully before claiming a bonus. If in doubt, ask support.
Yes, bbd89 regularly runs weekly cashback, reload bonuses, tournament prize pools and special offers on occasions such as Eid and Pohela Boishakh for its members. VIP members receive exclusive offers. Check the promotions page regularly.
